My child cannot log in

Pupils log in at looping.academy/enfant/connexion with their access code, shown in your parent area under “My children”. If the code no longer works, generate a new one there; the old one is revoked immediately.

The correction is not shown yet

Multiple-choice questions are marked instantly. Open questions need careful review, done in the background: the mark shown is provisional and the screen updates by itself. Your child can leave the page and will be notified when the correction is ready.

Billing and cancellation

Everything is handled from your parent area, under Subscription: check your status, apply a code, cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, at no cost.
