2. This requires a written request

Access to all data, portability, limitation, objection to processing based on legitimate interest, or complete account deletion: write to [email protected] from the account's email address, attaching proof of identity. We respond within one month, extendable by two months for complex requests, with prior notice.

3. Minors' data

The rights of a child under 15 are exercised by the holder of parental authority. Beyond 15 years, the minor can exercise their own rights of access and rectification. In all cases, a student profile can only be created or maintained under the responsibility of an adult account holder.

4. Our core commitments

  • Minimization: we do not ask the child for an email address, photo, or contact details.
  • No advertising, no targeting, no third-party trackers in connected spaces.
  • No AI model training on students' work.
  • Hosting of accounts and progress within the European Union.
  • No resale or transfer of data to third parties.
