1. Who this page is for
For anyone subscribing to a Looping subscription as a consumer, meaning a natural person acting for purposes not related to a professional activity. Offers intended for educational institutions are subject to specific conditions.
2. Right of withdrawal: 14 days
For any contract concluded remotely, you have a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw, without having to justify your decision (Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code). The period starts from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise it, send us an unambiguous statement before the deadline, by email to [email protected] or by mail to 60 rue François Ier, 75008 Paris, France. You can use the standard form below. We acknowledge receipt without delay.
We will refund the full amount paid no later than fourteen (14) days from receipt of your request, using the same payment method as used, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
3. Immediate execution and exceptions
- If you expressly request to start using the service before the end of the 14-day period and then withdraw, you remain liable for the amount corresponding to what has been actually provided, calculated on a pro-rata basis (Article L221-25).
- A service fully executed before the end of the period, with your express agreement and recognized waiver, can no longer be subject to withdrawal (Article L221-28, 1°).
- For digital content provided immediately, withdrawal can no longer be exercised once execution has begun if you have expressly consented and acknowledged losing this right (Article L221-28, 13°). This consent is requested via a dedicated checkbox at the time of payment.
4. Standard withdrawal form
Model provided in the annex of Article R221-1 of the Consumer Code. Copy it and send it to us completed.
5. Consumer mediation
In case of a dispute, first send a written complaint to [email protected]. If it is not resolved within a reasonable time, you can, within a maximum period of one year from this complaint, contact the consumer mediator to which UNYX belongs free of charge (Articles L612-1 and following of the Consumer Code):
- SMP, Société de la Médiation Professionnelle — Consumer Mediation, Alteritae
- 5 rue Salvaing, 12000 Rodez, France
- www.mediateur-consommation-smp.fr
The mediator can only be contacted after a prior complaint to UNYX. Mediation is an amicable prerequisite: it does not deprive you of the right to take the matter to court. You can also use the European online dispute resolution platform.
6. Legal guarantees
For digital content and services provided to a consumer, UNYX is responsible for non-conformity defects under the conditions of Articles L224-25-12 and following of the Consumer Code, as well as the warranty for hidden defects under the conditions of the Civil Code.
