Looping is a brand and service operated by UNYX. All applicable legal and contractual documents for the service are gathered on the looping.academy/legal page.

2. Hosting

The Looping site and application are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States (cloudflare.com), on its distribution network. Account, progress, and educational content data are hosted in the European Union (Ireland) by Supabase.

3. Purpose of the service

Looping is an online tutoring service for families. It offers, for students from CP to Terminale, quizzes, dictations, written expression dialogues, and revision sheets generated by artificial intelligence and linked to the official programs of the French National Education, as well as a monitoring space for parents and a teacher space.

4. Target audience and parental responsibility

The main account is opened and held by an adult, holder of parental authority or duly authorized by them. Student profiles are created by this holder, under their responsibility, and do not have an independent existence: they can only be created, modified, or deleted from the parent account. No minor can subscribe to the service alone.

5. Intellectual Property

All elements composing the service — texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, interfaces, source code, databases, as well as the general structure of the site — are the exclusive property of UNYX or its partners, and are protected by French and international laws relating to copyright, database rights, and intellectual property.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, extraction, or adaptation of all or part of the elements of the service, regardless of the means or process used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from UNYX.

The official school programs cited and referenced in the service are public documents published by the Ministry of National Education in the Bulletin officiel. Their inclusion in Looping is for informational and educational linkage purposes, with mention of the source and a link to the original text. Looping is neither published, validated, nor affiliated with the Ministry of National Education.

6. Content Generated by Artificial Intelligence

A substantial portion of the content offered to students (quiz questions, dictations, corrections, explanations, sheets) is automatically generated by artificial intelligence models. These contents are framed by the official program of the concerned level, but they may contain errors. Each correction can be contested by the student from their space; the contestation leads to a review and, if necessary, a correction of the grade.

7. Hypertext Links

The service may contain links to third-party sites, notably to official texts published by the Ministry of National Education. UNYX exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content, availability, or data privacy practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

UNYX strives to ensure the accuracy and updating of the information disseminated, particularly the linkage of content to official programs. However, UNYX does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or constant currency of this information and disclaims any responsibility for any imprecision, inaccuracy, or omission.

Looping is a training and monitoring tool. It does not replace the teaching provided by the school, nor the assessment of teachers, and no academic result is guaranteed.

9. Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. In case of dispute and in the absence of amicable resolution, French courts are competent. The consumer retains the option to bring the matter before the court of their place of residence and to resort to consumer mediation (see the Withdrawal and Mediation page).
