1. Scope
These conditions apply to any subscription to a Looping subscription by a consumer, i.e., a natural person acting for purposes unrelated to their professional activity. They complement the General Terms of Use.
2. Plans and prices
The Looping Family subscription is billed per student per month, with a decreasing rate depending on the number of students registered on the account. The current prices are displayed on the Rates page, expressed in euros including all taxes.
Back-to-school offer 2026-2027: for any subscription recorded between August 31 and September 30, 2026 inclusive, the subscription is billed at €1.20 per student per month. This rate is guaranteed until the end of the 2026-2027 school year, until July 4, 2027, with no increase during the year, regardless of the number of students added. At the end of this period, the subscription continues at the prevailing public rate, after prior information and with the option to cancel without charge. This offer is not combinable with another discount or institutional rate.
Offers intended for schools and teachers are subject to a dedicated schedule and specific conditions, presented on the Teachers page.
3. Subscription
Subscription is done online. The summary presented before payment specifies the plan, the number of students, the total price, and the periodicity. Validation of the payment constitutes acceptance of these conditions and forms the contract. A confirmation email is sent to the subscriber.
4. Payment
Payment is made by credit card via our provider Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. No banking data is stored by UNYX. The subscription is charged in advance, on the anniversary date of the subscription.
In case of payment failure, access may be suspended after a reminder without effect. Restoration occurs upon regularization.
5. Duration, renewal, and termination
The subscription is concluded for a duration of one month, automatically renewable for periods of the same duration, without a minimum duration commitment unless otherwise specified in an offer.
You can cancel at any time from your parent area, in the Subscription section. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: access remains open until that date, and no new charge occurs. In accordance with Article L215-1 of the Consumer Code, UNYX informs the consumer, at the earliest three months and at the latest one month before the renewal date, of their ability not to renew the contract.
6. Right of withdrawal
You have a period of fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw, without reason or penalty. The terms, standard form, and applicable exceptions are listed on the Withdrawal and Mediation page.
If you expressly request to use the service before the end of this period and then withdraw, you remain liable for the amount corresponding to the period actually used, calculated on a pro-rata basis (Article L221-25 of the Consumer Code).
7. Free trial
When a free trial period is offered, its duration and conditions are indicated at the time of subscription. At the end of the trial, the subscription continues at the announced rate unless canceled before its term. No charge occurs during the trial.
8. Price changes
UNYX may change its rates. Any change is notified at least one month before it takes effect and only applies to subsequent periods. You can then cancel without charge before it takes effect. Rates guaranteed under a promotional offer are not affected during their guarantee period.
9. Warranties and liability
UNYX is liable for non-conformity defects of the content and digital service under the conditions of Articles L224-25-12 and following of the Consumer Code, as well as the warranty against hidden defects. Looping is a training tool: no academic results are guaranteed.
UNYX's liability cannot be engaged for damages resulting from non-compliant use of the service, a user's failure to meet their obligations, or a case of force majeure.
10. Claims, mediation, and disputes
Any claim must be sent to [email protected]. In the absence of a solution, you can refer to the consumer mediator to which UNYX belongs free of charge (see the Withdrawal and Mediation page) or the European online dispute resolution platform. French law; the consumer retains the ability to bring the matter before the court of their place of residence.
